Winter Solstice - Saturday Yoga and Gong

The winter Solstice traditionally celebrates the longest night and the shortest day. It is on this day that we focus on moving towards the light as the days become longer and we can look forward to the spring.

In celebration of this, I will be holding a special yoga and gong bath event that will include 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of the gongs.

Yoga 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Gong Deep Relaxation 2.45pm - 3.30pm

* Yoga to inspire an opening towards the future and towards your personal growth and light

* A wonderfully relaxing gong bath.

* Please leave mobile phones in the car to prevent any interruption to the evening.

* You will need a yoga mat and a blanket.

Booking is essential as these sessions fill up very quickly!

Sound healing works holistically by helping to bring back a state of natural balance to the body, as vibrations of sound pass through the body on a cellular level, the body begins to heal itself.

Yoga and Reiki Relaxation Evening 

Let the stress melt away as you lie back and relax completely.

This evening has been so well received in the past, due to demand, I have decided to bring it back.

Starting with a gentle yoga practice, we will then relax to receive the healing energy of Reiki.

Reiki Healing is an energy healing practice, that can be used as an effective tool for:

* Reducing stress
* Increasing your energy
* Insomnia
* Anxiety
* Depression
* High Blood pressure
* Compliments conventional medicine in the treatment of injuries and medical conditions.

Reiki can be delivered with hands on or through a hands off approach so I won't place my hands on your body, unless you consent for me to do so.

I have found Reiki to be a very reassuring and restful experience It will help your body to restore a more harmonious energy flow, thereby encouraging deep healing at a pace your higher self is ready to receive.

You will lie down on your mat, cover yourself with your blanket and enjoy distance Reiki, while music plays softly. I will also come round and spend a few minutes with each person, to deliver Reiki directly. Be assured you will be receiving Reiki throughout the session.

Energy Healing Workshop - Saturday 18th January 25

This is a magical workshop will show you how to practice self energy healing.

* Practice the art of detaching from your thoughts and identifying with the physical and energy bodies.

* Learn how to feel and sense energy yourself.

* Learn how to protect your space and the room you are in so you are safe as your practice the techniques.

* We will have the opportunity to do some gentle Yoga to put you in touch with your body and it's energy field.

* Use breathing techniques to calm the mind and connect to the present moment.

* Working on yourself only, you will connect to the ability we all have to harness and then use the life force energy that you are for self healing.
