Yoga Freedom Terms & Conditions

One to One Yoga / Chair Yoga / Special Needs Yoga / Yoga for Therapy / Sound Therapy

Payment is required to secure any 121 therapy appointment. I will hold any offered appointment slots for a period of 24 hours to allow payment to be made before it is released to someone else.

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment please do so as soon as possible either via email or phone. Your cancellation request will be acknowledged by phone or email.

Refunds will be graded as below.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule, made within 48 hours notice of your appointment time will not be eligible for refund. Full payment will be required to reschedule to a new appointment.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule, giving more than 48 hours notice from your appointment time will be offered a 50% refund - 50% of the original booking price will be required to reschedule to a new appointment.

Rescheduling of an arranged session may be possible within the same week, subject to availability and at no extra cost, and in agreement of Yoga Freedom.

Workshops / Master Classes / Gong Baths.


If a session is cancelled by Yoga Freedom, any prior payment made for that session will be refunded in full. If a session is cancelled by the client, no refunds can be given.

Weekly Classes Terms and Conditions.

If a session has been paid for in advance and is then cancelled by Yoga Freedom, any prior payment made for that session will be refunded in full. If a session is cancelled by the client, no refund can be issued.
