What can Yoga do for me?

Hatha Yoga heals on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, which means:

  • it will help to keep you looking and feeling younger
  • you will feel healthier and stronger.
  • your confidence will improve
  • you will feel calmer and more relaxed.
  • you can practice at any age and for the rest of your life!

A regular practice of Hatha Yoga is a journey that will continue to improve your health and wellbeing throughout your life.
My life is now filled with a greater sense of warmth, love, peace and happiness - and yours can be too!

What will the course provide?

  • Featuring more than just the physical poses, I will guide you week by week towards a greater understanding of Yoga and some of it's philosophy.
  • Packed with information for you to take away via weekly handouts so you can refer back and digest at your leisure the lessons you have been taught.
  • You will recieve a link to a recoreded short yoga flow for you to practice in between classes. This will be available for you to access from week one through to 4 weeks after the last date of the course.
  • Once you have completed the course, you will have a great understanding of how and why you are benefitting your body, every time you step onto your mat!

The Benefits of Hatha Yoga

How will yoga help me to achieve the above?

Physical and emotional benefits

Through the regular practice of Hatha Yoga, your body will be released from the physical and emotional knots and tension that may have become so much a part of every day life that you are not consciously aware of them.

The restrictions these physical and emotional knots place on your health are huge, and it is not until a regular practice of Yoga is maintained that you will realise what life can feel like without them; it is only then that the benefits of Yoga can be fully understood.

Yoga will Improve all aspects of your life

I know from experience that the positive energy and radiance that surrounds me on a day to day basis has grown because of the love, self respect and self nurturing I have developed through my regular yogic practices.

My life is now filled with a greater sense of, love, peace, strength and happiness - and yours can be too!
