Following years of personal and professional yoga practice, I thought I would share with you some of my deeper insights; through the delivery of some intuitive and experience fuelled podcasts.
These podcasts are a reflection of the journey I have made so far through my yoga practice.
Some offer small segments of practice*, designed to highlight for you through experience, the paths I have taken myself. Others are a chat about the benefits or challenges I may have faced along the way.
