Saturday Yoga and Gong - 15th February

Come and join us on this wonderful afternoon of rest and relaxation. I will be holding a special yoga and gong bath event that will include 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of the gongs.

Yoga 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Gong Deep Relaxation 2.45pm - 3.30pm

* Yoga to inspire an opening towards the future and towards your personal growth and light

* A wonderfully relaxing gong bath.

* Please leave mobile phones in the car to prevent any interruption to the evening.

* You will need a yoga mat and a blanket.

Booking is essential as these sessions fill up very quickly!

Sound healing works holistically by helping to bring back a state of natural balance to the body, as vibrations of sound pass through the body on a cellular level, the body begins to heal itself.

Yoga and Reiki Relaxation Evening 

Let the stress melt away as you lie back and relax completely.

This evening has been so well received in the past, due to demand, I have decided to bring it back.

Starting with a gentle yoga practice, we will then relax to receive the healing energy of Reiki.

Reiki Healing is an energy healing practice, that can be used as an effective tool for:

* Reducing stress
* Increasing your energy
* Insomnia
* Anxiety
* Depression
* High Blood pressure
* Compliments conventional medicine in the treatment of injuries and medical conditions.

Reiki can be delivered with hands on or through a hands off approach so I won't place my hands on your body, unless you consent for me to do so.

I have found Reiki to be a very reassuring and restful experience It will help your body to restore a more harmonious energy flow, thereby encouraging deep healing at a pace your higher self is ready to receive.

You will lie down on your mat, cover yourself with your blanket and enjoy distance Reiki, while music plays softly. I will also come round and spend a few minutes with each person, to deliver Reiki directly. Be assured you will be receiving Reiki throughout the session.

Yoga and Shamanic Journey Evening - 19th February

Due to popular demand, I am once again hosting a yoga and Shamanic Journey event in Kingsthorpe.

If you regularly attend my Wednesday evening Yoga classes, you will naturally be included in this event, unless you prefer to transfer to another weekly class instead.

We will work through a gentle yoga routine that opens up the 3rd eye and grounds to secure your connection to your higher aspect.

We will then relax back to the sound of the Native American Drum, where the rhythm will lead you towards a discovery of and contact with your power animal.

The drum will be played live.

This event is also available on Zoom!

You will need your yoga mat, a blanket and a drink.
