Easy does it!

Hello Yogis.

Another month has passed and things are starting to look a bit brighter, with more opportunity to meet up with family and friends, in a safe way!

I have been pondering how I may move towards the winter months.

I have asked a few of my current online class attendees what their preferences are with regards to moving back into classes in a hall environment once we get the official go ahead.

The most popular feedback has been for me to remain online for as long as possible because people seem to really like the practice in the safety of their own home and the classes feel just as inclusive as they did.

I am also acutely aware that a number of my students do not feel safe at the prospect of attending classes within a hall environment at this time or for the foreseeable future so fear not, I will be keeping most classes online as we move forward.

Having said that, I do know that some of you have not been able to join me online for whatever reason and I am anxious to be able to provide you with your yoga in the hall environment as soon as I can. To help me to establish the best route forward...

...I would so love to hear your feedback.

As a thank you for providing your valued feedback, I would love to offer you the choice of attending either the Full Moon Intention Setting Evening or the Reiki and Crystal Bowl Meditation Event, from 8.00pm-8.30pm for FREE this month to anyone who takes the time to feedback with their choice below. The Yoga is priced at £8.50 for each evening and runs from 6.45-7.45pm. If you attend any of my online yoga classes, you know that you can always attend both of the above sessions for FREE anyway, every month!

The options are…

1. Keep everything as it is and teach online until this time next year, and then review.

When restrictions allow…

2. Run just one class a week from a hall and charge more for it, to accommodate the reduced numbers due to social distancing restrictions. Leaving the rest of my classes online. The price will be dependant on numbers allowed. Hall bookings will need to be paid for 6 weeks and made prior to week one, with no refund or transfer available.

3. Run just one class a week from a hall and also Zoom the class to allow you to choose whether you wish to attend in person or to participate online. Hall bookings will need to be paid for 6 weeks and made prior to week one, with no refund or transfer available.

4. Keep my weekly classes online but run a monthly or occasional ‘in person’ hall class for those who would like to receive teaching in person. This class will also be a little more expensive to accommodate social distancing. Payment on booking will be required and at least 1 week prior to event, for me to ensure capacity is reached.

Respond with your feedback.

Re-gain your yoga confidence to practice!

If you would like to re-start your yoga practice but feel as though you are now "out of the loop" or if you do not feel confident to do yoga at home, even when guided online, you may like to attend, from Saturday August 15th, the new and online, Saturday morning Beginners Yoga mini course. With the course designed to ease you back into, or to introduce you to your yoga practice, safely and confidently, why not take a look! This course promises more than just postural benefits, it will show you how to increase your health and sense of wellbeing, off your mat as well as on!

Due to commitments, the course can't start until August, so in the mean time, why not consider a 30 minute 121 for just £15, as a way of getting started!

I have found 121 classes gaining in popularity during this lockdown and I have seen some students go from strength to strength under the guidance.

Energy healing, such as Reiki and Sound Healing also travels well online, so do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like to know more about how I can deliver these amazing therapies via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp video!

I feel it is unlikely that I will be holding group gong baths or other events in person until at least the end of the year, due to the restriction in numbers.

This next step is an important one for me so I would be extremely grateful if you could spare the time.

I am so loving being able to stay connected with you all.

Having spent some time during the lockdown studying Yogic Philosophy and some more weird and wonderful Meditation techniques, (watch this space). I am feeling so excited about the months ahead.
